Persons must be 18 years of
age or older to win prizes. Drawings are made on the last business day of each month.
Registered members must supply their real name
and a valid email address. To be eligible, you must agree to receive
our monthly newsletter by email. Members may unregister from the
email newsletter at any time, but will automatically be withdrawn
from prize eligibility if they do so.
Only one registration per person is allowed. If you attempt
to register more than once under false names you will be disqualified--winners
must verify their identity and mailing address when notified they
have won. Failure to verify that your member registration name and
mailing address are true will result in disqualification.
Odds of winning depend on number of registered users.
Employees,
investors, and consultants for Fictionwise, Inc. are ineligible for prizes.
Prize winners must agree to allow his/her name to be used in promotional
materials.
Fictionwise will attempt to contact Prize winners via email. If winner fails to respond within 5 days,
he/she is disqualified and another winner will be selected.
Fictionwise will have sole discretion in interpreting the rules
and awarding prizes. All decisions by Fictionwise in interpreting
the rules are final and not subject to appeal. Important Note: Micropay winners can only use the prize to purchase Fictionwise eBooks; winnings cannot be redeemed for cash.
